highest lvl scrolls?

hey, just 2 quick ?s:

1: The highest lvl scrolls in DeX2 are lvl 3, right?
2: Scrols run off minimum caster lvl to cast that spell, so the highest caster level a spell cast from a scroll is caster level 5, right?

no and no. You have to hunt for higher level scrolls, and u can cast all level scrolls provided you have UMD or caster level.

Or umd 8 (i think it is 8) spellcraft for it to go off of spellcraft instead of UMD (out of battle no enemies near)

Highets u can buy are lvl 4 i think. Yes even if u r higher lvl, spell casted from scroll is at minimum initiate lvl.

I meant in shops, sorry should have clarified.

In hindsight I realize I knew it was lvl 4, just had a brain fart Razz
