No level Three Feat?

Hi I am new here and just reached level three only to find out I didn't get to choose a new feat.
I can't seem to find any information about this, but is it some kind of bug (Should I start again?) or a quirk of this persistent world?

Weird, never heard about that kind of bug. It may be some kind of bug, what class did u pick?

Do you have Motb instaled?

What is the exact breakdown of your character classes and how many lvls do you have in each one?

I started a character lvl 1 human bard took feat luck of heroes and able learner then second level i try to pick favored soul then i cant level up it tell this character has too many feat.

I restarted this same char instead i pick my favored soul class at lvl 1 then second lvl bard and it worked...

I have exactly the same problem. I can create a char normally. But i cannot lvl with if later, at least not choosing the feats i want... let me explain:

FYI, I dont have MotB installed.

Char 1: Kung Dragonsbane - Monk
Creation normal.
Lvled to 2nd LVL, no problem. I actually noticed the class icons for the MotB classes was all showing as bright blue squares, but besides that, lvled normally.
I grinded to 3rd lvl. At char lvl up screen, the same bright blue squares for the MotB classes, but clicked on monk and distributed skill points. For my surprise, the feat list was blank. There was not a single feat listed there, but i noticed the circle that displays how many feats points I have was displaying 1. So i clicked on "Recommended" and the game choose a feat for me... actually, it was Mobility.

Char 2: dont remember the name, lol - Fighter
Creation normal.
Lvled to 2nd lvl. At char lvl up screen, same bright blue squares at the MotB classes. Went to Fighter, picked the skills. And same problem with the Feats.... blank listing. Recommended gave me Weapon Focus Longsword.

I think theres a problem with people that dont have the expansion installed.

I noticed that i was able to choose any class on the lvl up screen, even the prestiges and end the lvl up procedure. But actually i didnt clicked on the Finish button cause I was afraid the char became corrupted.

PS.: Both my override folders are empty.

Will players that dont have motb be able to play? I rember the server getting laggy as hell when people without motb logged in (test server)

Yeh, lol, guys install Motb!!!

U need it to not make server laggy and crash every 5 mins.

Believe me... I would love it.... but MotB was not released in my country, yet.... so I have to wait for it. Hopefully, i will wait about a month.... hopefully...

But dont mind the lag issues... the way it is now, non MotB owners will not be able to play anyway... not if they want to choose their feats, i must add.

Yeah I am a level Three Human Monk at level One chose luck of heroes and able learner.
Unlike Dragonsbane, I never even got a feat selection screen at level three - it just ignored it completely.
I too am in a country with no MOTB yet.

Dude 30% of all players dont have MotB, im not surprised over the lag.

If it helps, I made a Warlock who didn't receive his level three feat either. So it isn't a Monk issue.

I thought I had the same problem but then realized I just picked my planned feats out of sequence Embarassed
