Wizard Spells, Leveling and Memorized Spells

Let say, you managed to find all the wizard spells at a particular level from mob drops, pawn and other merchants. You memorized all the spells.

What happen when you level and you have no more spells to memorize?

E.G. Let Say, you just level 6 Spells. You memorize the 1st set of Level 6 spells. You managed through various sources in which obtain and memorize all the spells Level 0-6 all memorize. When you level next, you will need to memorize the next set of level 6 spells. Since you don't have any to memorize, what happens?

theoretically...you would not be able to select a spell that level.

Thought crossed my mind aswell thats why i saved a few scrolls so that i wouldnt run into any problem.
When i hit 20 then i took the ones i missed.
