I think description is wrong. Besides I like that blind efect.. I guess stun would be much better but hey, u got SoV to stun people. |

Uh huh? SoV has a massive area of effect ,imo it is overpowered.
If you dont have any magical protection while in there then youre toast. |

There are multiple counters to SoV, not in need of a nerf at all.
-Reflex save
-Energy immunities
-Gust of wind
to name a few. |

add stone body, oaken resilence and spell mantle to it and u dont need to worry about SoV. IMO its only usefull vs melee chars. |
