Changing Sorcerer spells after level 20

Is this possible? My sorc is now 26, and she hasnt had the option to change spells for a few levels now. I know she does not get any more known spells, but per the character description, she should be able to change out 1 spell every two levels (lvl 7 or less i believe).

you can, but you are very likely to lose your character. I would just live with it, or bank your character. Regardless don't put any important items on that character.
