Nope, dc 53 SHOULD be max possible on a proudfoot halfling.

16 base str, 4 proudfoot, 10 bonus stats, 6 (or 7) str feats, 12 items, 8 RDD = 56 ( 23)

dc 54 is only possible with an ogre and they suck

I have a dc 49 on mine and it started 16 str. did not take any str feats though. i did have 18 rdd instead. i will do some testing but unless if you are making a junk toon (epic you would need to take dev, overwhelming, epic wep focus, if you waited then even great cleave, prowess, if not a few more to make the toon worth while) I dont see how you would get 56 dev dc. Whats the point in making a toon that blows chunks just for the high dc you would most likely be dead before you could get a crit off.

forget the fast buff rod and forget the

hs empowerment as well as the queer armor. Palidan needs nothing. I'm about to leave dex or uninstall again cuase this stupid poop.

bhaals post indicates final str would be 56 which gives a modifier of +23
dev dc =10+1/2 lvl(20) +str mod so the final dc would be 53

adonis i am updating tonight. Arres was removed from his position and i am removing all traces of FBR, Paladin armour, and idk what you are talking about on hs he never talked to me about them.

hs as in holy sword empowerment. while it should take caster lvl into consideration it should be capped at lvl 20 and shouldn't grant that class any more damage. Although It will be fixed when 1.69 comes along.

ive met that DC 54 guy on BoW. he wants to help DeX fixing it and told me about the bug.
and later his DC drop back to 52 somehow
