I've been wanting to play a viable pvp shifter on dex for a loooong time... since before Ori*n (did I spell that right?) was sole gen..
How about some Pure Shifter (10/30) love?
I'd like to see the shifter forms (at 10/30) be (almost) as good as regular class builds..
examples:
a form that's the equivalent of a 35 fighter,
or a 35 rogue.. (maybe not quite as many sneak attacks)
maybe a "travel form" like in WoW, that gives monk speed?
just ideas.. but really.. how about some Pure Shifter love?

edit: and making ALL forms useful at L40 would be great.. It sucks having useless forms..

without wis ac bonus from monk or cross class dicipline,tumble all shifters are doomed to be nothing more than fun builds. Perhaps a special subrace with class requirements will assist that idea.

and actually, now that you bring up monks, I think adding pure bonuses to any/all classes to discourage monk dipping would be cool.. not nerfing monks, but encouraging non-monk builds

well that is why I brought up perhaps a special shifter subrace with class requirements to add abilities or special properties to balance the class beyond what spell hooks can. Something to the effect of a lvl7druid prerequisite then apply first part of subrace. Make it such as it cannot take monk class to continue to further subrace. Then apply final form at lvl 40 after a check. Now the discussion would be rather do you want just 10/30 shifters which won't open much variety to building at all, or imo minimum 7druid 10shifter with any other class other than monk. That would net more possibilities than a poop "pure". Then in addition you can rescript the hooks for the actual forms dependant on shifter lvl. You can change the forms,stats,weapons,abilities of all shifts based on your shifter lvl with subrace check. So still a 10/30 would have the strongest shapes but won't be as specialized as 7/10/x ect.

Hey! Someone finally pays attention to this topic! rofl

FBR: Yes it's available to non 40s. Which means you can level with them but you can't PvP with them (unless it's lowbie PvP I guess).

Hmm I guess Mass Dislike could be used in combat, but not Mass Bunnyhug since some people abuse that by toggle porting.

HS now takes full caster level once again, 1-20: 20%, 21-30: 35%, 31-40: 50%. But upon Holy Dispel, you can only dispel a maximum of Paladin Level / 8 effects. There is also a onhit: searing light for the armor. See below

Class Token: see below.

The dispel log was modified so that even if it hit the maximum # of dispel, ie Holy Dispel but other spells such as Greater Dispelling, it still shows *all* the effects on the target. But after hitting the dispel limit, any effects after that will be under "These dispels were not dispelled" regardless of roll.

Obviously DC54 is not possible, legally, especially on proudfoot... right? unless halforc can be one.
