We were just on as seraph put new update in, but has to take down cos of subrace issue.

I noticed in journal, arrres the douche

has re-added the poop buff rod and cool rest system we all DONT want.

Feel free to lynch, but shillow said no

Thanks for allowing me to play on CW and observe a great mod. DeX will *DEFINITELY* be influenced by CW (I'm a DeX developer btw), and ScarFace's legacy will be part of DeX for sure.

Scar and I had some fun time creating the Arres's Revised Bounty System Wink.

off-topic:

deX stocks, that's a great idea

Whenever deX needs money, Lazy could issue x amount of stocks. Each stock gives you a part of deX (duh, that's how stocks work). Somethings would have to be worked out in retrospect tho, such as who owns deX's current stocks (Lazy and Shillow own a great deal I'm sure, along with the other contributors).

This is just a crazy idea from a 20-year old business student of course Razz

But if deX needs money, this culd be a way to do it. Give the shareholders some power over the mod, but not too much as that would turn away players.

You donate money in real life to Dex, and get x amount of shares in K-PEP (or what ever) and these shares earn you passive income (gp or xp, or both) based how many shares you own, deposited directly to the bank in Loft. I don't know if it could feasibly be scripted, but its an idea ...

Or maybe I am just an idiot!

Ya that's when CW went down (it's up again). You guys don't even know how much Scar helped me on scripts. Remember that when I first deved, I had *NEVER* scripted NWN before. I had to learn everything from scratch and Scar was there to definitely helped me out. He's regularly on MSN so I could ask him quick questions and advice. If I were to learn without Scar's help, it would have taken me about twice or three times as long.

While I'm talking about contributions and helps, I might as well talk about other sources that helped me out:

Just don't CW-fy DeX dude. At least ask if the majority "Agrees" first before you add something. Pushing in additions like what lysan did will turn dex into an empty server again. Lysan did things "the way he wanted it to be" not the way the majority of players wanted it to be.
