what ever fast buff rod... just use it to buff guys so we can get to pvpin faster!

You can't use the rod during combat, and of course you can't rest during combat lol. It just saves some time since people don't have to walk back to a fountain just to rest and rebuff. I'm gonna add transition timer near warring areas soon.
