only problem i could see with it is trying to get all the members of both teams on at the same time.stuff happens at the last minute,and what happens when a team members comp goes down stuff like that may be hard to plan for.other than that it sound like a hell of a good time to me.

Teams should have replacement players... as you can read its 4on4 matches and you need atleast 6 people per team. Also the matches will be scheduled a week in advance. If a team doesn't have enough the managers will have to discuss a reschedule. Possibly give out 2 postpones a season.

any team scheduled to play should have backup players ready in case there is an issue with one of the scheduled players making the match. otherwise they should have to forfeit. i would strickly limit the amount of times a match can be rescheduled if at all.
