Updated and can no longer play.

Just updated my game and now the server version is different to my own and cannot play.
Is there any way I can get around this without a complete reinstall and repatch?

If it's the newest update wait until the server updates.

Might be better just to wait a few days. DEX2 seems to have always updated within a week of a new (non-beta) patch.

If you have too much time on your hands within the next few days, then next option would be to look for a revert patch (though I think they only make these for beta patches or patches they screwed up on(?)). Last resort would be re-install (though you might end up getting better performance with a fresh reinstall). If reinstall, then check Bioware forumns for best method.
