how does this work rly? the description says
* 1-3 HD: Instant death
* 4-6 HD: Fortitude save or death; 1d4 points of Constitution damage if save is successful
* Over 6 HD: 1d4 points of Constitution damage
Victims inside the spell's area suffer the effects each round.
shouldnt creatures with more than 6 hd get the con dmg without the fort save? ( I ask because they get one)
if it is supposed to work like this then oke nevermind
1. Is it bugged
2. If it is incorrect, how should it work on dex
Making it work in a more correct way should be doable, the hard part is determining how it should work.

well I think it should be like in the original d&d ruleset otherwise this spell is somehow useless cause you can move out or just resist the dmg entirely, and 1w4dmg halfed on save isnt much, thats 1 con dmg every 6 seconds buuhuu

Well we play by 3.5 rules, and modify those for PVP balance. There is nothing to stop you from casting multiple versions of this spell. I seem to remember using it solely for the slowing effect it causes, but that was a long time ago.
