question on heal skill

I notice that wizzards and sorcs, knownfor their lack of healign spells, haev the heal skill. Is it a good idea to use them as healers?

All classes have heal as a class skill, so they aren't better to use as anything else. If you plan to use heal kits to heal team mates you are better of with some kinda bard, like 30 bard 10 pale master.

Are healkits once per round or two? It seem to me that it would be once per round, but it *looks* like two...
