bosses and quests?

guys can u explain me how i craft items .. like a ring 5 Regen?

and... where does the orc boss from four finger mine spawns?

The normal procedure is to buy your ring first form one of the general item crafters in Loftenwood (limited to level 5 items), Tanglebrook (limited to level 10 items), or Stricken (limited to level 15 items). Then (right click - use) the troll teeth you have collected, and applythem to your ring.

I think rings may be limited to +3 regen, at least those with a +3 fort, will, or reflex save property on them. A plain ring, you may be able to get more on.
