Hips was lvl 5 afaik as the 23 bard 12 monk 5 SD was hipsing. You needed the special armors (Merilvinci and the Dark Maiden (or am i wrong lol)).

Alex and now Rain put these thing in there server to improve PVP.So if we dont do it just to not be like them we will miss out on some good PVP play

BoW indeed is a great server, imo it turn a bit of a dive when rainywinter took the riegns and added a bunch junk to imbalance 40 vs 40 play but still a great module none the less. Biggest issue people have is Dex isn't an arena type pvp server and any idea that can be drawn from BoW almost immediately gets shot down with little or no discussion. People still want to retain the unique qualities that has made DeX what it is such as tts and hips.

i think tts requirement should get boosted to at least 70 listen 60 spot and ive been saying this for quite some time
