Thats too long.

3/day is fine at a duration of cha mod cot lev/5

More then that is too much, shouldnt double the duration and triple the amount of uses thats just way too much.

I'm not going to give anymore opinion on this one, just keep in mind that we're talking about a mod that empowers almost everything. Melees on dex are a lot stronger than stock so making changes like this might not over power a class the way it would on another mod. So far COT has not been empowered other than tripling wrath's number of uses per day. Which in itself is a nice boost. Had I been aware of this before just recently, I'm sure I would have made one or two already. If duration gets doubled I will certainly be making one soon.
