Rdd needs nerfing

Apparently Kuja only knows of two possible actions in PvP... attack, and stand there and be attacked.

Who woulda thought the same person complaining about being killed by someone's damage shield is also complaining about people runnning in pvp and using heal kits. Can anyone say.... idiot?

Anyways to kill high RDD: just do cold damage to them. I think a pure evo wiz's ice storm does like 250 dmg to them lol.

That's still 200 dmg. Also that subrace is suppose to get 50% cold immunity not 50/- :/. Oh well.
