Lost XP

I pulled enough xp from the bank to create up to lvl 35. I was in the bank and lvling up. Made it to lvl 8 and the server shut down (approx 8 PM west coast usa time) on 3 Apr. It took a litle longer than usual to come back up but I logged back in and was going to continue my character but I had no xp, I was back to lvl 1 and no xp in the bank. First time for this character and first time using the name.

How can I get this fixed? No DM was on so that is why I am posting here.

pm me the account name and how much xp was there

i lost character also when i relogged after maxing hp by maximus.. can i get some reimbursemnet too?

Well I don't have access to vault, but for someone to help you, you need to tell them your account name, the affected character's name, and approximately when you lost the XP.

Same thing happened to me today around 4pm est. Banked a forty, made a new toon, started to level and server crashed and I lost it all. This is the second time this has happened to me and its pissing me off. Ask for DM help and they say something about checking logs. Well how long does that take? Mad

pm me account name and rough times it happened and I will look at the loggs and fix the problem.

would there be a way to automagically save a char after he withdraws xp?
