Question on Mords

I know mords use the dispel formula to try to dispel every magic effects on the target. But after reading the ingame description i wondered, if it also works like a breach spell in addition to its normal effect?
Example: If i cast mords on a mage, will it remove the highest protection spells on the breach-list with 100%?

Yes, I belive Mords breaches 5 highest protections from list.
