and how the DC of death arrow is calculated as well?

yeah, death arrow is such a waste of time.. who doesn't have 20 fort?! You basicly have a 5% chance to kill them if you hit them.

Why shillow didn't look into beefing up AA arrows to empower AAs instead of just adding more dmg to arrows is beyond me. Like if they found a way to beef up death arrow DC and then put it on a timer so you can use it more then once without resting.

I also think they shoulda put a timer on divine wrath too.
