Server times out

Hello 2 peeps here from UK trying to get on your server, we have downloaded the files needed through worldgate, connect to server and half way through creating character we get message saying the server has timed out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Well server has been crashing a lot this evening so i think its just that...

Did you take a long time to make the chars in creation menu?

It seems to happen after a period of time ,try again but just a wee bit faster Wink

Also anytime you have troubles logging in, you can always run World Gate Client again, then try logging in again. There may be times when some very small updates have been uploaded (at least this tool was built with such flexibility in mind) that may or may not hamper the logging in process.
